The C.A.R.E. Team at Lauderdale Community Hospital consists of LCH employees as well as a member from the community.  The team strives to address all of our patient/customers’ needs, and recommend customer service initiatives.  The team serves as a communication liaison between all staff, patients, guest, visitors, community and facility to provide support to the C.A.R.E. team iniatives in order to improve the quality healthcare in accordance with Lauderdale Community Hospital’s Mission.

One employee is recognized each quarter of our fiscal year as our C.A.R.E. Champion.  This staff member is nominated by a fellow employee for going above and beyond by helping a patient, family member, visitor or employee in a C.A.R.E.-ing way.  Click here to read about the latest C.A.R.E.
