We offer a broad range of services including Emergency, Radiology, Laboratory, Physical Rehabilitation, Acute Care, Respiratory Therapy, Swing Bed and Surgery Services including Podiatry and Orthopedic Surgery.

LCH is proud to welcome a new service beginning June 1st, 2012:  Cardiac Rehabilitation!  If you are a patient recovering from bypass surgery, heart attack, coronary interventions (stent), stable angina or valve replacement, contact Cardiac Rehab today to schedule your treatment when the new unit opens June 1st.  The phone number is 731-221-2501.

Our staff includes dedicated and skilled physicians representing a wide range of medical specialties as well as caring and experienced physician assistants, nurses, medical technicians, and support staff. The staff has numerous resources available ranging from modern equipment to advanced patient care software and coming soon a new state of the art electronic medical record to treat your medical condition.
